St Luke’s Behavioral Health Center is currently looking for a dynamic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR team and hospital staff. St. Luke’s Behavioral Health Center is fully accredited by the Joint Commission. St. Luke’s Behavioral Health Center is a 127-bed facility located in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona. The Behavioral Health Center offers a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient services for seniors, adults, adolescents, and children requiring psychiatric and chemical dependency care.

The Director of Human Resources provides direct leadership to St. Luke's Behavioral Health Center. Supporting with the development and implementation of human resource policies, programs, and services. Including recruitment, selection, retention, compliance, team member benefit communications, worker’s compensation, team member relations, employment practices and procedures, performance management, team member communications, and team member events and other duties as needed.

This position is onsite and located in Phoenix Arizona.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, or related field required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience of Human Resources management/leadership required.
  • Minimum of one (1) years’ experience of working in a Behavioral Healthcare setting required.
  • Minimum of one (1) years’ experience working for organizations of 300+ team members.
  • Experience with human resources audits and compliance, required.
  • Detail oriented and ability to manage time effectively and multitask multiple duties/deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Employer Relations, and Team Member Engagement experience, preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR certification, strongly preferred.
