Provides direct and indirect patient care in an Outpatient clinical setting. Communicates with physicians/director/therapist III/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of assessment, diagnostics studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Provides education to patient in regards to mediations, lifestyle and diagnosis. Is able to respond quickly to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Requirements: Completion of accredited Registered Nurse program with additional training/certification in behavioral health or least three years of behavioral health experience. Current license with the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
